Fleetsmart enables us to track our drivers’ movements and whereabouts to just a couple of seconds. This helps us and our drivers to comply with the Drivers’ Rules and Tachograph directive as well as providing peace of mind that we are an ethical employer.
Importing this service into the company’s operations enables us to calculate how far the driver is from site and estimate arrival times. We can then provide our customers with round the clock updates; communication, transparency and customer service.

Your account manager will be responsible for providing this reassurance to you by providing service updates and making sure you are always in the loop, every single mile. As well as this, your account manager will take a pro-active and transparent approach to make sure any issues during service (whether it be standing traffic, weather disruption etc) are reported to you.
